Memberships

We have several memberships available for you, depending on your lifestyle options. See the descriptions below, or use the links at left to jump to the one of interest.
Once you have made a decision to join us, it is important to phone and make a time to meet up with one of the team so they can go through the membership sign-up with you.

"Time For Change"

We all have something we would like to change about our bodies and the way we currently live our lives and by committing to the 12 week challenge, the trainers at Body Balance Health Club will be there to support, educate and motivate you to achieving your goals set when starting the 12 week journey.

So what happens during this journey? It all starts 2:30pm Sunday, January  24th  2010!! After meeting your trainers, challenge guidelines and expectations will be explained then your very first body assessment is taken, these measurements are recorded every Sunday afternoon and published weekly in the Time for Change Newsletter which is distributed to participants only.

During the "Time For Change" 12 Week Challenge you will receive:

  • Unlimited gym usage for Three (3) Months
  • Two Cardio programs  to follow increasing your fitness. Inital program 6weeks then second program final 6 weeks.
  • Fat Burning Resistance Program to complete in first 6 weeks.
  • Body Shaping Resistance Program to complete in final 6 weeks.
  • Weekly personal training session. Ranging from Boxing to Core Conditioning.
  • Three (3) Strength and Fitness Tests recorded over the 12 week period to chart your progress.
  • Three (3) Cardio Stress Tests using Heart Rate monitors recorded of the 12 week period & graphed for records.
  • Personal Training Journal.  To be completed everyday of the challenge and submitted at weekly personal training session for Trainer to monitor and educate challengers over the12 weeks.
  • Calorie and Fat Counter Book.
  • Weight and Girth Measurements recorded weekly at Sunday Group Exercises.
  • Weekly Group Exercise Drills for Challengers only.

 Registrations cut off is 5pm Friday, January 15th 2010!. Please note, exercise pre-screenings must be done by Body Balance staff before January 24th 2010. Results Membership

Never been a member of a gym before? Bought every exercise gadget under the sun and never reached your goals? Want to improve your sports performance?.......

Whatever your reason for joining a gym, with the results program your qualified Health & Fitness Consultant will guide you the whole way, ensuring you reach your goals by providing the latest in exercise prescription, instructing correct technique and form, in a safe, cool environment.

Self Care Membership

If you are comfortable working out on your own in the gym, happy with your technique or maybe just enjoy doing the classes, the self care program provides you with access to all the clubs exercise facilities with no exercise prescription or instruction from the qualified health and fitness consultants.

Personal Training

It’s not a matter of, if, but when, you decide to have a personal training session, your workouts will never be the same. With a personal trainer you are able to reach limits your never thought possible and achieve the results you have been working so hard to achieve in a less amount of time than on your own. For a free consultation, phone and make a time to discuss what a personal trainer could do for you.

"Let's Do Lunch" Membership

Available to you between 11:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, the "Let's do Lunch" membership is extremely cost effective if your that person that likes to utilise your lunch hour to do your workout. Both the "Results" and "Self Care" options listed above are applicable to this time frame. Please visit reception to pick up a current pricing structure, with the terms and conditions.

Casual

You do not need to become a member of Body Balance Health Club to take advantage of our services, these are our casual rates:
