Before you phone Body Balance Health Club on 4743 4278 it’s important you discuss your desire to join the 12 week challenge with family & friends as their support will play a key role in your success. Openly discuss with your family how many days a week you will train and for how long. Using the table of events shown work out if you are available for all Sunday sessions, this is important for shift workers. When attending please wear comfortable clothing, training shoes and bring your diary so we can book in your training sessions.
Are you 'really' ready?
Our 12 week challenge is as much a physical transformation as it is an empowering educational ride for all participants. Over the 12 weeks, trainers of Body Balance Health Club, guide and educate challengers to better, healthier food choices that suit each individual lifestyles, throwing diets out the window! As a participant you will not only enjoy full access to the gym’s facilities but you will be personally trained every week! Imagine gloving up like a pro and being taught how to box, pounding away those unwanted kilos! Every Sunday we meet, 2:30pm at Body Balance Health Club and the gym is only open to challengers so you can feel comfortable being around people who are feeling the same way your are! We provide you with an eating and training journal to record your progress everyday. It will be the key to your success but does require your dedication. Without your commitment over the 12 weeks your full potential won’t be seen. So, if you’re ready to change the way you look, feel and live, the Body Balance Health Club ‘Time For Change’ 12 week challenge is for you!

During the "Time For Change" 12 Week Challenge you will receive:
- Unlimited gym usage for Three (3) Months
- Two Cardio programs to follow increasing your fitness. Inital program 6weeks then second program final 6 weeks.
- Fat Burning Resistance Program to complete in first 6 weeks.
- Body Shaping Resistance Program to complete in final 6 weeks.
- Weekly personal training session. Ranging from Boxing to Core Conditioning.
- Three (3) Strength and Fitness Tests recorded over the 12 week period to chart your progress.
- Three (3) Cardio Stress Tests using Heart Rate monitors recorded of the 12 week period & graphed for records.
- Personal Training Journal. To be completed everyday of the challenge and submitted at weekly personal training session for Trainer to monitor and educate challengers over the12 weeks.
- Calorie and Fat Counter Book.
- Weight and Girth Measurements recorded weekly at Sunday Group Exercises.
- Weekly Group Exercise Drills for Challengers only.
